The danger of chocolate

Chocolate is often given to dogs as a reward, however it can kill a dog!
Indeed, chocolate contains a chemical called theobromine which needs to be degraded by the liver to be digested. In humans, this degradation takes 2 hours, but in dogs, it takes nearly 18 hours, which increases the risk of accumulation in the liver and blood.

Theobromine causes heart problems that can lead to cardiac arrest.

The most dangerous form of chocolate are  1.cocoa, 2.dark chocolate, 3.milk chocolate. White chocolate does not contain cocoa and is therefore not dangerous. But its contents in milk may cause diarrhea.
